If the cleat position is poorly adjusted, your leg and foot will never be able to pedal smoothly and knee pain will often present. If the shifter position isn’t correct, you won’t have any control over the front wheel to accelerate descend and corner with confidence. And if the saddle position is poorly set, your hips won’t maintain either lateral stability or longitudinal stability which often creates groin, lower back, or neck pain.
