Cycling Class

Designed for new or newer cyclists to learn the fundamentals of our sport, the cycling class is a 10 part series that covers the basics such as cadence, muscle isolation, and weight distribution and works its way up to advanced concepts like training, zone definitions, and nutrition ! Much like in golf, you wouldn’t buy golf clubs and start swinging at 18 holes – rather you would work with a Golf Pro to set the foundation and your understanding of the game. Cycling Classes work exactly like this ! Each course is 1hr and we can complete 1 or 2 at a time. Book 1 to get started, 5 to lay the foundation, or all 10 to complete the full course.
