Every service is guaranteed until you are totally satisfied – just let us know and we’re here to help !

The 30 Day Guarantee
We ask for 10-20 hours of riding over the following weeks to allow for adaptations, but if there is any issue preventing you from doing this, please let us know right away.
Every service is guaranteed for 30 days !
Follow-ups are subject to the same availability as every other service. Please plan ahead as availability might be limited.
Please book within 30 days of the of initial service.
e.g. For a service on May 1st, please book the follow-up guarantee for the 30th of May or earlier. Please plan ahead.

Before booking, write or call ahead to let us discuss and trial solutions to ongoing issues before an in person follow-up.
30 day exchange of piece or re-installation of original piece.
Any piece we sell (e.g. saddle, stem, ect…) can be exchanged for a different model, or we can re-install your original piece.

The 1 Year Guarantee
If you’ve had a Bike Fit in the last year but want to continue to develop your position and posture, have had new issues or concerns after the 30 day period, or have made a change such as shoes, saddle, tribars or even objective, we offer a 1 hour follow up at CHF 120 rather than doing a second Bike Fit on the same bike !
Must come with the same bike frame from initial service.
Tribars, new shoes and pedals, a new saddle, looking for more gains – as long as its the same bike frame, bring it in !!
Please book within 365 days of the of initial service.
e.g. For a Bike Fit on May 1st, please schedule the 1 Year Guarantee for the 30th of April the following year or earlier. After this period, the tariffs go back to their original price.
You can benefit from 50% for the second bike !
If coming with two bikes – both of which we have worked on in the last year, the second bike will cost only CHF 60 extra.
General Policy
Cancellation
All cancellations or re-bookings within 48 hours of the scheduled service are subject to an invoice for the sum of the selected service, with the option to complete that service within 30 days at no additionnel cost. The customer is responsible for re-booking. All cancellations or re-bookings outside of this 48 hour window will not be subject to an invoice.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for purchased services or accessories. Unused services (such as gift cards) may be exchanged for any other service of equal or higher value. Any accessory bought can be exchanged for an available and equivalent accessory within 30 days of purchase.
Invoices
Any invoice not treated within 30 days of its sent date will be subject to a 10% fee. After 90 days, the invoice will be sent to collections at its final price with fees.
30 Day Guarantee Timing Rules
To be fair to all clients, the timing structure of the 30 Day Guarantee cannot be modified. Please be sure that you will be able to test the modifications effectuated within the following weeks of your appointment. If unable to, the 1 Year Guarantee remains available.
