This test is not designed to be difficult or require continuous and sustained efforts, but rather achievable targets in relative comfort for all cyclists, regardless of their level ! Only one of the 8 efforts will be a maximum effort.
Pro Tips :
1) Take a rest day the day before or ride gently for an hour.
2) Get a good night’s sleep, wake up, and have breakfast 2 to 3 hours before the event.
3) Be enthusiastic, ready to learn, meet other cyclists, and have fun!
